We have a favorite little orchard in East Granby, CT that has the best apples i have ever had! They are crisp and juicy and oh so pretty. It is called Lost Orchards and they have the cutest little old lady who just stays in the kitchen and bakes and bakes all day while her husband peels apples from his rocking chair on the porch.
My ma picked me up an apple peeler and let me barrow her slow cooker so that i could make some apple butter.
Oh how i love me some Apple Butter.
